Working Mode

Mantica can carry out its activities according to two different working modes:

We can produce based on a project provided by the client, respecting the required technical specifications.
We can start from an idea or need of the client and develop a tailored solution.

Recognized experience and skills allow us to select the most suitable materials for the purpose, develop samples of hook and loop tape or semi-finished products, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed solution. Graphic design, managed in AutoCAD, will provide important information for achieving the final result.

REALIZATION

Given the variety of applications for which hook and loop fasteners are required, there may be a need to develop unique solutions. Thanks to our ability to manage various processes, we are able to adapt the product to the intended use.

Available Processings

Custom cutting

The cutting of hook and loop strips is simply the process of cutting the material to a specified length.

Tape adhesive application

The adhesive coating is usually on the entire back surface of the tape, upon request it is possible to perform dedicated coatings, for example with only a central adhesive strip or two peripheral strips on the edges for the required millimeters.

FR Treatment

Treatment of fabric with flame retardant chemical additives.

Primer Treatment

Treatment that allows the material to be prepared for subsequent treatment.

Lamination

Processing that allows two different materials to be permanently joined together.

Sublimation

Sublimation is a process for imprinting designs, images or graphic patterns using heat.

Die-Cutting

The die-cutting process allows for precise cuts reproducing specific shapes.

Ultrasonic welding

This is a clean and reliable welding technique that avoids assembly processes with seams and adhesives.
